The Client Relations Manager (Hospitality) will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships in this market segment.
- Listen and understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and be involved to execute plans to meet and exceed stakeholders requirements.
- Use software tools such as CRM, Office, and various other technical and analytics tools.
- Actively participate in meetings and presentations.
- Record activities and support via the CRM system.
- Follow up calls and determine client needs.
- Discuss, analyze, and advise clients regarding their usage and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.
- At least 5 years in a customer service capacity.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Has the necessary business acumen.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships through the use of positive language and a service-oriented attitude.
