Job Description
- Team Management
- Build the Customer Service Unit of Ninja Van by hiring excellent CS agents, planning their performance metrics, and monitoring and evaluating their performance.
- Customer Service
- Ensure effective communication between Ninja Van and its client's customers in a courteous and emphatic manner.
- Identify customer's issue and provide prompt solutions.
- Process Engineer
- Familiarize company services and operational protocols in order to gather accurate information in relation to customers' querries or issues.
- Introduce and institute processes and systems that will make more efficient the unit's daily operations and their involvement with other key operation teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in a customer service role.
- Team Lead experience.
- Familiar with Zendesk platform.
- Excellent listening comprehension.
- Knowledge in courier service operations is an advantage.
- Process oriented.
