Job Description
- Responsible for providing financial and administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations
- Prepares checks; vouchers and accounts payables
- Prepares and computes the payroll of 50 employees
- Prepares government remittances of the staff (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth)
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in the office
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Office Administration, Business Management or any related course
- Very good verbal, numerical and clerical abilities
- With at least 2 years experience
- Computer liter and with good communication skills
- Capable of solving problems
- Can do multi-tasking
- Willing to be assigned at Matimyas St., Sampaloc, Manila
- Preferably female applicants

NIC's started as a commissary established by Maggie and Rina Go in 2001. Nicol is the name of Rina's first daughter after which the company was named. Specialties such as classic desserts borne out of homemade, family tested recipes gave them the confidence to offer their products. The company primarily Desserts and Breads to coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food chains at wholesale prices. Specific food items such as pastas and rice meals were also developed to suit client's need.
