Job Description

  • Lead and drive the hiring project to scale up the team, including:
  • Recruit and ensure effective training for the new CS Specialists.
  • Try effective strategies, find some new angles to ensure the scaling of the ID CS teams.
  • Build professional relationships and networks in the ID market.
  • Devise advertising and promotional plans working together with CS ID People and Marketing Teams.
  • Collaborate with Training, QA teams, CS managers, and Team Leads to ensure all the people we hired are developed
  • Improve the operations/processes in the ID CS department.
  • Ensure the CS ID department is running smoothly and employees are engaged.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experienced in a role as business development manager, customer service manager or similar field min 5 years
  • Experienced as a team lead/manager in BPO, Call center, Tele-sales, e-commerce's customer experience is preferred
  • Experienced in manpower planning and hiring a team
  • Entrepreneurial, international mindset and a Can-do, hands-on mentality with the ambition to achieve the next level.
  • Marketing and negotiation skills - power of persuasion, the intelligence to recognize opportunities and potential.
  • Analytical skills, sound business judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good people-management skills, manage training needs of CS team and ensuring no knowledge gap by working closely with Quality Assurance and Trainers.
  • Proficiency in English is a must (min. C1 proficient / IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 550)
