Job Description
- Monitor project materials on-site in collaboration with the designed inventory clerk
- Coordinate closely with the designated inventory clerk to establish the site storage area and implement inventory monitoring process
- Monitor the two-week procurement delivery schedule and provide updates to the project management and logistics team
- Maintain accurate documentation of Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Receipts
- Evaluate each delivery for timeliness, quality, accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Procurement Assistants and Officers to make purchasing decisions regarding consumable materials
- Maintain an updated inventory of stock materials from the NRC warehouse in collaboration with NRC personnel and establish a process for regular updates
- Generate weekly inventory and delivery reports
- Accommodate tasks assigned by the Senior Procurement Officer and Logistics Lead
Minimum Qualifications
- College Degree
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- With 1-2 experience in construction
- Communication: Must be good in Communication (Written and Verbal), with pleasing personality and flexible in terms of dealing with people
- Resourcefulness: Can work and deliver job under pressure
