The HR Senior Staff will assist the General Manager of HR in the implementation, management, and execution of HR programs and processes of the department. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Resource person for employee inquiries on company benefits.
- Process owner of some HR processes / policies.
- Roll out / lead committees for company-wide events such as Christmas party, Family Day, and Sportsfest.
- Recruitment:
- Sourcing
- Initial screening
- Testing
- Interview
- Training and Development:
- Assist in conducting TNS and come up with proposed training programs and prepare corresponding budgetary requirements.
- Source qualified trainers.
- Prepare training venue and training materials / logistics.
- Prepare and submit post-training reports to HR Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bacelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Behavioral Sciences.
- At least 4 years of work experience in HR Administration across all HR functions, with emphasis in Recruitment, Training and Benefit Administration.
- Advanced skills in MS Office specifically Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently.
- High-energy, articulate, and has a friendly personality.
