Job Description

As a Training Assistant, you will ensure that all operations and support group will be given equal opportunities for training and promotion. You are also responsible for researches and studies related to personnel management, organization development and administration of programs that pertains to the overall development of an employee.

Your Essential Functions

  • Conducts training programs for operations and support group employees
  • Assists in the conduct and documentation of Training Needs Analysis and training research
  • Updates existing training modules, if necessary
  • Prepares monthly training calendar of assigned program
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for training activities
  • Coordinates with different branches and departments regarding training schedules/calendar and list of participants
  • Prepares venue, meals and other logistics for approved seminars and workshops
  • Prepares budget request and liquidates training expenses of programs conducted
  • Assists in coordinating with external resource speakers or training providers on outsourced training programs
  • Analyzes result of training evaluation and post tests for necessary program and/or training methodology enhancement
  • Prepares training evaluation and recommendation report of assigned training program
  • Monitors and consolidates training records of all employees to ensure 100% attendance to training of targeted participants
  • Assists in the development of follow through programs to evaluate trainee’s application of learning on the job

  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Dynamic, energetic and creative
  • Proficient in MS applications specially PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel
