Job Description
This requires deep subject matter expertise which also looks at overall staff expense as we drive enhancements on employee rewards and benefits moving forward.
- Leads in the implementation and operations for ESOP
- Creation of Mynt's Retirement Plan
- Review and updating of salary structures
- Review and updating of Corporate Incentive and Sales Incentive design
- Reviews competitiveness of Mynt's overall benefit design and implementation of enhancements and its implications on overall staff expense (i.e. HMO, Life Insurance, allowances, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-7 years experience in Human Resources with focus on Total Rewards/Compensation and Benefits
- With experience in Policy Administration in the area of Total Rewards/Compensation and Benefits
- With strong coordination and collaboration skills
