We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager who will...

What you'll do (Note: you don't have to check all the boxes - we'll train you as needed):

• Train & develop digital marketing talent across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Strategy

• Influence and educate clients on your digital marketing strategy & plan

• Sufficiently train & develop talent to make them promotable

• Write copy for both Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and Email Sequences

• Strategize the right positioning, target markets, and channels for the client

• Plan audience targeting & keyword targeting for Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google Ads, respectively

• Write internal reports on client performance weekly

• Write & send reports to clients twice a month

• Engage & coordinate with clients weekly

• You prefer to have difficult conversations instead of deferring these conversations to another day

• You appreciate social dynamics and you are curious to learn more about managing difficult client situations

• You're the type who enjoys educating clients instead of selling to them

• You have the humility to understand that the digital marketing industry is always changing and you need to update your mental models

• You prefer to "get things done" instead of "make things perfect"

• You're the type of person who enrolls on a lot of Udemy / Coursera courses

• You're an agency person who dislikes the lack of accountability and lack of results-orientation (i.e. leads/ sales) in your agency work

• You're willing to unlearn bad work habits and learn the right ones

• You can appreciate some tough love and you're not a snowflake :)

• 5+ years of work experience

• Agency or KPO background
