Job Description
Designs optimum packaging and recommends format and palletizing pattern. Qualifies packaging materials through lab and plant trials. Plans, schedules, and implements packaging development activities for new and existing products. Establishes packaging material standards. Conducts research on new technologies and cost-effective ways of improving current packaging materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Packaging Engineering or other Engineering-related course
- With at least 4 years experience in packaging development (laminates, PP, inner box, cartons). Experience in food packaging development is preferred
- Knowledgeable on different types of packaging machines
- With strong Project Management skills
- Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa Laguna
