Job Description
- Reconciling daily transaction data drawn through the system (45 clients/day).
- Recap the monthly transaction data of all customers.
- Checking and analyzing problems or complaints from customers and following up on these problems so that they can be resolved properly.
- Monitoring Mitracomm and Customer daily deposit balances.
- Supervise the team and be responsible for the team's work (an additional job for SPV Reconcile).
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 - 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in conducting bank/cash book/deposit reconciliations.
- Experience in an IT company (Channel solution, preferred).
- Mastering Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Can join immediately.
