Job Description
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by phonescreening applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Open for fresh graduates and career shifters.
- Must at least have a Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Psychology/Human Resource).
- For career shifters, at least 1 year work experience in Manpower agency/Recruitment Firm/Consulting Company/BPO Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
