Job Description
This role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active PH RN Nursing license is required
- Minimum 1-3 years clinical / hospital bedside care experience is required
- Previous Clinical Process Outsourcing experience in a voice support account or a healthcare information management account (e.g. Utilization Review, Worker's Compensation, etc.) is preferred
- Amenable to work in Taguig
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
