Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Validating the accuracy of inward invoices
- Routing of invoices through defined process
- Routing and matching of approved supplier invoices
- Attending to email and phone queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure queries are auctioned in a minimal timeframe
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and follow up with Suppliers to obtain outstanding invoices
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in accounts payable, preferably in a shared service industry
- Preferably with experience in accounts payable migration
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Can work on a midshift to nightshift schedule
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
