Job Description
MicroSourcing is looking for an Insurance Broker Insurance Administration Assistant for our Eastwood site. Be one of us and enjoy a fulfilling employment!
What you will do:
- Client set-up and filing
- Client maintenance
- Processing (data entry) in WinBEAT/SUNRISE/SVU:
- Renewals
- Referrals
- Endorsements
- New Business
- Cancellations and client refunds
- Premium Funding
- Data Management System:
- New File set-up, filing and notes documentation
- Debtors management using template emails
- Track processing status on master renewal spreadsheet
- Adhere to regulatory compliance processes and procedures including privacy, data security and confidentiality.
- Respond and engage with broker
- Assist in brokers in reporting
- Assist broker in data cleansing
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in business administration, commerce, economics, finance or equivalent
- Over 2 years experience in insurance industry (ideally in broking but underwriting considered)
- Proficiency in terms of using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Will temporarily work from home if identified under ECQ but will report to Eastwood site once deemed safe
- Preferred but not required qualifications
- RG146 accreditation
- Tier 1 in Insurance Broking
- Tier 2 in General Insurance
