Job Description
MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist! Our client is the largest independent B2B supplier in the Australian office products industry.
Responsibilities:
Daily account management including but not limited to:
- Reconciliations and cash allocation
- Team email management
- Bank statement reporting/reconciliation
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Telephone and email to follow up remittances
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in using accounting software/tools (i.e., SAP, Oracle, JDE) is a plus
- Must have a "CAN DO" attitude
- Attention to details
- Must be systems savvy and can multi-task
- Can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Can work under pressure and should be reliable at all times
- Possesses a customer service mindset and displays professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City on a day shift schedule
