Job Description

MicroSourcing is looking for Chart Retrieval Specialist for our US Healthcare Account in BGC.


  • Provide problem resolution and deal with irate customers
  • Work under stress and adapt to change
  • Flexible as schedule changes may occur due to call volume and/or staff size
  • Rrespond to clients objections and effectively schedule the receipt of medical records
  • Give full presentation over the telephone and provide offices with all required information
  • Balance productivity for required phone contacts and complete required administrative work (i.e. manual faxes, requests for mail labels for medical offices, documenting and returned voicemails/e-mails)
  • Acknowledge and respect confidential information
  • Prioritize tasks based upon project objective goals for completion

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred; or at least 2 year college degree or level, required
  • Highschool and SHS Graduates are welcome to apply (Must have at least 6months BPO experience)
  • Must be upbeat, self-motivated, energetic and detail oriented with the ability to schedule own assigned offices
  • Must be computer literate with ability to work within multiple web/windows-based systems and type minimum 30WPM
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat is helpful but not required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to sort and add text to cells)
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC for Shifting Schedule
  • Open to fixed-term contract of 1 month
