Senior Service Desk Representative


Job Description

  • Comply with the client's support SLAs, follow data maintenance and change management policies as defined by the client's guidelines
  • Install, upgrade and maintain the client's applications suite at the client sites. This includes data migration and configuration
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding and support the technical environment underpinning the client's application suite in the APAC region. This includes Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, SQL Server, IIS operating environments
  • Provide escalated and specialized application and technical support for the client's software solutions via the Zendesk Support Portal
  • Prioritize and schedule work activities to ensure assigned tasks are achieved in timely manner
  • Provide support during Sydney, Australia business hours of 9 AM to 6 PM (AEST and AEDT)
  • Weekend work required on occasions to fulfill client upgrades

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of querying, backing up and recovery of SQL Server databases
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and understand and perform to clients expectations
  • Ability to work and communicate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self- motivated and able to work independently
  • Sense of energy, pride and ownership in your performance
  • Possess Microsoft certification
