Job Description
- Reports directly to Operations Manager who handles various accounts
- Responsibile in tracking all action items of the Operations Team and check it's completion on a day to day basis
- Responsible in providing feedback to the Operations Manager on the completion of each tasks of the Operations Supervisors
- Responsible in creating reports for the day to day Operations including Attendance, Action Items, Minutes of the Meeting Agreements, Open Items of other departments
- Responsible in handling administrative tasks of all Operations Leads supported
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a four year course
- MicroSoft Excel - should at least know how to create excel forms, formulas and have an idea on Macros
- Proactive - should be proactive to make follow ups from other departements without the need for instruction from the OM
- Minutes of the Meeting - Very attentive to details of any conversation we have during meetings
- Willing to work long hours, in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
