Job Description
- Focus on improving efficiencies and profitability at all times
- Maintain an efficient and accurate order process
- Perform fulfillment supply management and reporting
- Maintain communication with suppliers and clients to achieve client satisfaction and profitable deals
- Work closely with our Sales Team to support client relationship management
- Track shipments
- Manage returns and escalations
- Organize storage and distribution of products
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably has knowledge or work experience in the IT industry or can demonstrate an understanding of the environment in which we operate.
- Influencer and has excellent planning and trust building skills as you will maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- A high-performance attitude and a deal-maker
- Trusted advisor. Proven track record in building trusted relationships.
- Willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
