Job Description
- The primary responsibilities are to lead and build large and complex Client’s systems which include hardware assembly, OS and third-party software installations, Client’s software (Radiology/Cardiology/Consensus) installations, system configurations, quality tests, and documentation.
- The responsibilities also include but not limit to ensuring that all parts issued for builds are accounted for and recorded; packing/unpacking boxes; exchanging, replacing and reporting for any parts shortages; filing RMA reports for parts defectives;
- Conduct installation of third party SW integrations, configurations and tests according to build orders, BOMs, CCEs, MPs, and QCs
- Create packing list, and make preparation for shipping
- Identify improper or inefficient production procedures and providing feedbacks or suggestions; file TFS and/or REI for any discrepancies found in BOM, CCE, MP, QC,
- Provide technical training and assistance to peer workers. Sundry duties as assigned. Other responsibilities include being assigned to lead on-site or remote upgrade, being called for on-site emergency support,
- Take other special Production assignments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related educational background, or related experience. MCSE and/or A+ Certification an asset
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT industry or similar discipline, and minimum of one year experience as a build leader for small-mid Radiology/Cardiology/Conserus projects.
- Solid written and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to handle concurrent projects
- Solid customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Self starter, able to work independently without supervision, willingness of taking initiatives and responsibilities;
- Team Player
- Extensive IT knowledge and MS platform, some familiarity of medical imaging industry
