IT Project Manager


Job Description

The Project Manager / Implementation Administrator will provide administrative support to the Radiology Workflow and Consulting Services Management Team, and provide quality control oversight to the Project Management Team.

• Monitor project portfolio and liaise with Project Managers on project risk level and completion forecasting, ensuring accuracy in the Change Healthcare Install Schedule

• Work with Customer Operations Leadership Team to consolidate and review revenue forecast data based on the Change Healthcare Install Schedule

• Manage In-Flight Project Review process with focus on ensuring staff adherence to policy, procedure and regulatory requirements

• Accountable for various administrative and communication activities related to project scheduling, resource assignment and revenue forecasting

• Provide system administration and support for the Change healthcare Install Schedule, Salesforce and Financial Force service automation tools, and various SharePoint-based resources. Act as subject matter expert on various internal tools. Customizes and produces reports from these systems to meet business needs

• Coordinate all RFP / RFI bid response activities on behalf of the Radiology, Workflow and Consulting Services Team

• Responsible for various ad hoc data maintenance, mining and analysis tasks on behalf of the Radiology, Workflow and Consulting Services Team

• Tracks and reports on various project statistics, contributing to trend analysis and team performance improvement

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Ability to multi task and manage multiple priorities

• PMI or PRINCE2 certified project management professional

• Six Sigma Process Improvement experience and certification

3+ years of experience in Project Management Office related work (Tracking, Reporting, Scheduling, Quality and Compliance checks)

5+ years of combined experience in systems administration, data management or senior administrative support roles
