Job Description
- Provide invoice status and copies of invoices.
- Answer basic invoice questions.
- Process credit templates and submit credit requests
- Track and follow up on tickets
- Transactional order submission and billing
- Liaise with other departments to secure information and necessary documents
- Review contracts as necessary
- Answer questions from Contract Operations, AR or other departments in relation to revenue, credits or invoices
- Validate and submit revenue documents
- Process delivery in ERP
- Other projects or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Vancouver team or Managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Management, Accounting or Banking and Finance courses
- Minimum 2 years related experience in an office (Accounting environment or high-level customer service environment)
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig on shifting schedule
- Excellent MS Office skills specifically advanced skills in MS Excel, and MS Word
- Experience in the use of ERP Tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle EBS) an asset
- Basic understanding of invoices, contracts and business accounting
- Highly developed organizational and multi-tasking skills and time management abilities
- Ability to learn quickly in a high pace, challenging environment
- Strong aptitude of all MS Office Products (in particular Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word), Adobe Acrobat and overall computer literacy
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Good math skills and problem-solving skills
- Accounting experience preferred
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
