Customer Service Representative | 8364


Job Description

The role has two functions:

  • Dispatching of Service Technicians to repair ATM faults,
  • Confirmation that all Security Guards have arrived on time at the required location.

Day to day duties include:

  • Monitoring of electronic dispatch system and emails
  • Answering of telephones
  • Telephone dispatch to a network of Service Technicians
  • Coordination of multiple parties to service ATMs at a mutually agreed time
  • Follow-up of all outstanding or overdue service requests
  • Escalation of issues to relevant Managers
  • Reporting of all service outcomes into the electronic dispatch systems
  • Monitoring of electronic roster system and Emails
  • Answering of telephones
  • Identification of Security Guards which have not “signed-on” for their shift.
  • Escalation of non-attendance to the relevant Manager
  • Documenting of all incidents and issues into electronic register.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Very good level of computer literacy,
  • Very good level of verbal and written English,
  • Problem and Negotiation skills
  • High attention to details.
  • Call Center Experience is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with Australian account is a must.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work efficiently
  • Experience in in problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills
  • Efficient multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Willing to work on a semi permanent schedule
