Job Description
- Accomplishes regular inventory reports for local and foreign products
- Monitors inventory levels in both local and foreign products, and ensure optimal supplies maintained at all times.
- Organizes and manages the stockroom, ensuring that all products are issued on a "First in, First out" basis. Constantly monitors all the items which need to be disposed to ensure that the stockroom is up to par in terms of cleanliness and upkeep.
- Updates the Over-the-Counter standard items file for easier recognition of over-the-counter items by the buyer.
- Assists in the development and implementation of better inventory policies and procedures to be applied in both local and foreign inventory, planning, and control.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business course;
- With at least 1-2 years extensive working experience with inventory control, planning, analysis, purchasing, and systems procedures and development;
- Possesses strong analytical/planning skills and keen foresight;
- With above average oral and written communication skills;
- High interpersonal and customer service skills;
