Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will be responsible for configuring Adobe Analytics to capture data from our websites and other Adobe Experience applications. He will provide data summary and analyses to help the company’s business units improve user experience and conversions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup, Report Configuration and Tagging
- Setup reports or dashboards needed by each business unit
- Ensure data variables are properly defined and captured
- Ensure reports are accessible by the relevant business units
- Work with Developers and QA to make adjustments to websites’ data layers
- Analysis and Collaboration
- Provide analysis on website performance based on defined user experience metrics and business goals
- Identify opportunities to optimize digital assets to increase subscriptions and sales
- Identify opportunities to streamline non-performing assets or activities
- Collaborate with other teams on strategies to improve user experience and increase sales and subscriptions
- Performance Measurement
- Provide post-review of website enhancements by measuring their impact on UX metrics, sales and subscriptions
- Track site performance over time to help inform business decisions
- Prepare summary reports for senior management
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Studies/Administrator, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in web analytics
- Advanced, end to end experience in Adobe Analytics – from implementation to report configuration and export
- Knowledge of Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign or other Experience Cloud products is an advantage
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with website user experience metrics and best practices, as well as conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Must possess problem solving, critical analysis and above average English communication skills
- Team player
- Adaptable to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
