- Represents the Company in a professional and affirmative manner
- Maintains extensive knowledge on Megaworld's product line
- Provides utmost customer satisfaction to all visiting clients and their representatives if necessary
- Assigned to secure copies of documents necessary for the accreditation of each Megaworld project
- Sends / transmits accreditation documents to each tie-up bank
- Routes memos to Quality Control regarding schedule of unit appraisal
- Updates the directory of accredited banks
- Sets-up meetings between Megaworld officers and Bank officers regarding accreditation and tie-up
- Sets-up Product Briefing activities for new tie-up banks
- Answers basic bank queries regarding Megaworld projects' profile
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pleasing personality and frontliner material
- At least one year experience in account handling and portfolio management
- Preferably with work experience in banks (home loans / consumer lending department)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Very good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Applicant must not come from the Real Estate Industry
