Job Description
- Oversees loading and unloading of all delivery vehicles in alternate locations to the Logistics Manager
- Ensures that maintenance of all delivery and service vehicles are completed as scheduled
- Assists the delivery department in accomplishing their deliveries
- Assist in ensuring all operations are operating in compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements
- Conduct ride behind and evaluation of contract teams to determine skill levels
- Ensures all claims are handled in a timely manner and deliver a coaching to the appropriate driver
- Coordinates with customer service to ensure that all customers are satisfied
- Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with all members of store personnel and client representatives
- Analyzes scheduling and routing procedures as well as statistical and routine reports for operation analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Higher education and/or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexible Schedule - Must be able to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Handle all needs of the customers
- Integrity in all things
