Compensation and Benefits Specialist  

• Prepares monthly Government reports for SSS, Phil health and Pag-IBIG which includes:
  1. SSS Contribution PRN and SSS R1A
  2. Phil health SPA
  3. Pag-IBIG Contribution
  4. Pag-IBIG Loan (MPL and Calamity)
• Update and enroll new hires to Phil health by submitting ER2 with PMRF at Phil health Office.
• Monitor the process of reports submission and payments to the government facilities ensuring timely submission.
• Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork:

SSS EC and sickness claims / reimbursement.

• Facilitate employee/s availment to salary/calamity loans, Phil health benefits and SSS sickness and EC.
• Provide employees needs for employer Phil health, SSS and Pag-Ibig certification.
• Facilitate in employee/s in availing other company benefits such as Burial Assistance and other insurances.
• Adheres to the company’s policies, guidelines, core values and collaborate with colleagues in the achievement of the company’s mission and vision.
• To do other task that may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, BS Psychology or any related course.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word).
• Can work under pressure.
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow through; strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet set deadlines.
• Highly organized work ethic.
• Trustworthy and with high level of integrity.
• Possesses a high sense of initiative and is committed to finishing tasks with excellence.
