Our end-to-end medicine/vaccine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff serve a million Filipinos every year. MedGrocer is one of the more established Filipino Health Tech startups.

The Talent Acquisition Officer oversees the recruitment pipeline and drives the employee journey towards fulfilling its people through our advocacy. You will be managing a team of agile problem solvers and collaborating with different business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Revisit, design, and implement recruitment strategies
• Enforce policies and processes in compliance with company standards and business requirements
• Develop and implement employee support and engagement initiatives
• Recommend and codify improvements to current HR processes

• 2-3 years experience in various facets of HR;
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and platforms;
• Experience in people management and leadership;
• Knowledge in labor law and government processes is a plus;
• Must work onsite in Makati
