MedGrocer currently serves 400+ thousand employees through its Mental Health Program with the goal of creating a healthier, more caring, and more systematic Philippine healthcare system.
The Registered Guidance Counselor directly supports the mental health needs of clients through individual and group consultations and holistic interventions. You will be working alongside other Mental Health specialists in ensuring we meet our clients’ needs in the most effective way.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate counseling sessions and monitor client progress
- Assess clients’ mental and emotional well-being through consultations and evaluations
- Develop care plans for clients using proven psychological treatment models (CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Mental Health team for appropriate client triage and scheduling
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Guidance Counselor
- Willing to work onsite in Makati and Taguig
- Can start immediately
