Job Description
- Handles the daily operations of the company
- Strategizes plans for the company and implements necessary improvements for the growth of the company
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
- Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met.
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
- Guides the employees' daily tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years work experience
- Has a background in handling operations in a recruitment agency
- Able to handle different kinds of people
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
