- Provides administrative support to the BAC.
- Organizes and makes all necessary arrangements for BAC meetings and conferences.
- Prepares minutes of meetings and resolutions of the BAC.
- Takes custody of procurement documents and other records.
- Manages the sale and distribution of Bidding Documents to interested bidders.
- Advertises and/ or post bidding opportunities, including Bidding Documents, and notices of awards.
- Assists in managing the procurements processes.
- Monitors procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to relevant agencies when required.
- Consolidates PPMPs from various units of the procuring entity to make them available for review.
- Acts as the central channel of communications for the BAC with end users, PMOs, other units of the line agency, other government agencies, providers of goods, observers, and the general public.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Political Science, Secretarial, Humanities, Liberal Arts, Law, Others or equivalent..
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Law, or Legal Services or equivalent.
- Must have atleast CSC Level 2 (Professional) Eligibility.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
