Solutions Architect  

· Designing end-to-end SAP solutions that meet business requirements, from the planning phase through to implementation and ongoing support.

· Leading the design of complex SAP landscapes, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and technologies.

· Conducting detailed business requirement analysis, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews, to have well-informed system architecture decisions.

· Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the latest SAP technologies and solutions, including S/4HANA, to recommend innovative approaches for system enhancements and optimizations.

· Guiding project teams on best practices in SAP architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with global standards.

· Providing mentorship and technical leadership to SAP consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

· Collaborating closely with business units to understand their strategic objectives, translating these into technical strategies and actionable SAP solutions.

· Leading the strategic planning of SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including scope definition, timeline estimation, and resource allocation.

Ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with business goals, IT infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.

· A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or any related field, or equivalent work experience.

· At least 10 years of experience in SAP Solution Architecture, with a solid track record in designing and implementing successful SAP solutions.

· Comprehensive understanding of various SAP functional processes (such as R2R, P2P, O2C, PP) and integration points, with a strong focus on manufacturing and S/4HANA.

· Experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations as the lead Solutions Architect.

· A deep understanding of cloud technologies and experience in architecting SAP solutions in cloud environments is highly desirable.

· Excellent leadership skills, capable of guiding and inspiring project teams towards achieving exceptional results.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
