Job Description
- Supporting the President in building relationships with principals, prospects and clients including:
a. Attending meetings
b. Helping build storyboards and creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a story
c. Conducting research related to products and services
- Managing logistics for events including seating arrangements, room setup and décor, and catering.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Managing special projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics or related courses.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent planning, organizing and project management skills.
- Must be able to clearly communicate in English, Tagalog and Mandarin.
- Proficient in in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and Office 365.
