Operational Manager  

The Operations Manager we are looking for oversees internal teams that work on client accounts as well as overall client relationship building. S/he guarantees efficient operations and a seamless workflow throughout the agency. In addition, s/he is in charge of growing the customer base and bringing in new business while maintaining the reputation of the brand in the industry.

Requirements and Level of Reporting

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in advertising
• Experience in tech and business development/sales are preferred
• Advanced excel and powerpoint skills
• Experience with AI is a plus
• Operates in an agile manner and can be highly lean and resourceful
• Expected to be highly proactive, unquestionable organized, and stellar in time management
• Can co-manage strong creative teams; will collaborate daily with the Business Unit Heads and the CCO
• Will report directly to the CFO and the CEO

Operations and Management

• Manages the BU Heads and supports every BU Head in mentoring and guiding team members
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and maintains composure under duress.
• Identifying staffing concerns and needs, as well as creating or adopting procedures, records, and templates to satisfy those demands, are supervisory tasks.
• Finds and incorporates fresh approaches to communicate, while including others.
• Assists in guiding cultural ideals; a powerful, engaged cultural defender.
• Encourages and stimulates coworkers and clients while instilling confidence.
• Uses resources and capabilities to handle projects efficiently
• Collaborative mindset to get the best results for the agency and its clients.
• Effectively settles disputes both inside teams and with clients.
• In charge of overall seamless operations with the agency, across the teams
• Grows sales with clients and active accounts thru high quality leadership in account management
• Exceeds billable goals and keeps an acceptable profit margin within managed accounts.

• Capacity to communicate with and win over senior clients' trust.
• Maintain client relationships by using your outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Act as the cornerstone of the client-service concept, guaranteeing that the team produces high-quality work to meet or above customer expectations.
• Convert the business requirements of the client into actionable communications that are solution-focused.
• The person in charge of account budget management remains ahead of budgetary problems and takes the initiative to guarantee account profitability.
• Give clients general strategic advice.
• Capable of offering advice and strategies for integrated marketing, handling reputation, and branding; accepts and comprehends the fundamentals of integrated marketing communication.
• Ability to think creatively and communicate those ideas to customers.
• Keeps up with new developments in technology and sees chances to use it to further the objectives of clients.
• Exhibits dedication to the industry, agency, and customers by being well-versed in industry developments and knowing the business of clients during "off time."
