Job Description
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Possesses computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Organized and is able to communicate ideas and thoughts well.
- Preferably with prior experience in a similar role.
