Job Description
- Provides general administrative support
- Prepares correspondences and memos
- Handles request and inventory of supplies
- Coordinates with suppliers
- Maintains an efficient filing and records system
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four year business course, preferably with atleast six months experience in admin and purchasing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Keen to details
- Team player
- Resourceful and has initiative
- Highly organized and can do multi tasking
- Preferable with six months experience in admin / clerical works
- Applicants who can start immediately will be prioritized
