Observance of procedures on:
- Filing of Case Folders
- Photocopying documents
- Marking of Annexes
- Filing Return Card
- Personal service of pleadings
- Service of pleadings by Registered mail
- Service of pleadings by publication
- Securing Certified True Copies
- Preparation of Affidavit of Service
- Securing Minutes of the Case
- Notarization of documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Male
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Patient, hard-working,honest, trustworthy,dedicated to his work.
- Can work with minimum supervision
