Job Description
Why does this role exist
We are looking for a Magic Professional Account Lead who will be in a full-time, entry-level management leadership role and will be responsible for handling the company’s top clients and managing a team of virtual assistants (VAs).
The impact you’ll make:
- Account Management - Work with the clients to drive further growth into their business/es and serve as the main point-of-contact for all VA and quality-related concerns.
- Quality Control - Monitor and manage the quality of the VAs' output, strategies for handling new tasks, and the general quality of communication.
- Assistant Support - Provide necessary support to assigned VAs throughout their shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of proven work experience in managing a team or supervising freelancers.
- Proven knowledge and experience in using Google sheets and the ability to learn new software platforms
- Willing to work on either of the following schedules: Monday to Friday 9 PM-6 AM PHT, Tuesday to Saturday, 9 PM - 6 AM PHT, or Sunday to Thursday, 9 PM-6 AM PHT
- Prior experience in communicating and handling clients is a plus
- Experience as a VA is a plus
