Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home
Schedule: Flexible Day shift from Monday to Friday PHT.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and quality controls the company compensation system.
- Provides training and instruction to the HR team as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
- Handles job analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.
- Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.
- Develops and writes job descriptions to accurately describe job content.
- Maintains and updates compensation database and job descriptions.
- Assists and collaborates, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program for regular staff employees.
- Assists in the development, writing, editing, and modification of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures, as appropriate.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a compensation specialist or similar role
- Experience developing and rolling out a compensation program
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
