Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home

Schedule: Flexible Day shift from Monday to Friday PHT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and quality controls the company compensation system.
  • Provides training and instruction to the HR team as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Handles job analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.
  • Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.
  • Develops and writes job descriptions to accurately describe job content.
  • Maintains and updates compensation database and job descriptions.
  • Assists and collaborates, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program for regular staff employees.
  • Assists in the development, writing, editing, and modification of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures, as appropriate.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as a compensation specialist or similar role
  • Experience developing and rolling out a compensation program
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
