As Head of Engineering, you will:
- Manage all technological processes and systems
- Lead an effective and efficient development team
- Coordinate with product management team to properly execute and refine all projects
- Takes initiative to learn new things and solve challenging problems
- Have strong compliance with deadlines
Minimum Qualifications
Skills and Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of relevant experience, particularly development experience
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications on React, Ruby and Go
- Produced and managed complex projects and platforms
- Strong mobile, architecture and web development experience with Micro-Services
- Has some background on working with fast-paced companies
- Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate and execute releases with good degree of predictability
- Ability to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency risks
- Takes initiative to learn new things, solving challenging problems
- Knowledgeable of project management tools to conduct a collaborative and productive team
- Ability and to build different engineering teams to maintain different products on the main platform
