Machica Tan-Cruz & Co. (MTC) is engaged in the public practice of accountancy as Certified Public Accountants, Certified Internal Auditors and Business Consultants that provide services to Philippine-based and multi-national enterprises. The services are grouped into: audit and assurance; international, corporate and tax; transfer pricing advisory; BPO, finance & tax; and regulatory compliance. MTC operates in Eastern Visayas and in Metro Manila. It also maintains a collaborative arrangement with other accounting and auditing firms in Metro Manila. The Firm and / or its partners are duly accredited with the BIR (for tax practice) and with the SEC, NEA, IC, and BSP (for external audit). Since 2009, MTC has been a proud member of the LEA Global and is also part of Dezan Shira Asian Alliance.
