Job Description

M2.0 Communications leads a portfolio of four companies in big data, construction, communication, and business process outsourcing. As a group, we have a culture that emphasizes passion for learning and getting things done. Over the last 15 years, we’ve grown to a size where we have begun requiring specialized administrative teams to run the companies in our portfolios. As we create products and test new business models, we’ve come to learn that building a team of finance experts is a crucial part of our growth journey. This is where you come in.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Reports Analyst to join our team of professionals focused on providing exceptional data-driven communications products and services. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to effectively interpret and utilize data to create reports in making well-informed marketing and communication decisions.

Core Responsibilties:

  • Familiarity with different business industries.
  • Tracking news releases, broadcast coverage, and social media mentions on a daily basis using media intelligence and social listening tools.
  • Summarizing stories and mentions, and determining whether they have a positive, negative, or neutral impact.
  • Maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data and prepare reports and visualizations that communicate these findings to stakeholders.
  • Developing more effective reports that provide a clear overview of media presence and campaign performance.
  • Interpreting multiple media data and preparing reports in slide format.
  • Conduct research and perform analysis to identify areas of opportunity for the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and English communication skills.
  • Strong research, problem-solving and analytical skill.
  • Can properly utilize Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Research skills to identify complex data sets.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in creating reports and interpreting data.
  • Enjoys working with a team.
