Job Description

The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for the success of the Luxasia’s omni-channel marketing program. They will be part of regional team who work with our brands and brand managers to plan, coordinate, execute and measure campaigns that drive the consumer engagement and return on investment.

The role:

  • Champion the implementation and ROI of the Customer Relationship Manager program
  • Provide recommendations and input on goals, objectives, strategy and best practices.
  • Accountable for execution of annual and quarterly omnichannel planning.
  • Responsible for keeping marketing calendars and timelines current.
  • Develop and manage execution of a test and learn process in support of business goals and objectives.
  • Accountable for quality execution and timeliness of all email, social, mobile projects and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to develop cohesive campaigns that are targeted, relevant, and on brand.
  • Provide clear objectives and timelines to Content, Creative, Data and Analytics partners.
  • Monitor daily sends and data transfer processes to ensure proper execution.
  • Responsible for keeping management in the loop on email performance against goals and objectives.
  • Use Marketing Cloud Platform to select segments and build Omni-channel messages
  • Perform set-up, testing, and deployment of all campaigns.
  • Keep documentation current - including campaign strategy, naming conventions, best practices, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage costs and ROI related to the marketing program.
  • Build and manage Microsites.

Minimum Qualifications

Your experience

  • At least 3 years working in an Agency, Brand or Vendor planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Experience beauty, retail or luxury goods preferred
  • Working knowledge of all the facets of omnichannel especially email or social campaign development and implementation
  • Familiarity with email marketing and SMS send systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technology desired
  • Knowledge of test and learn practices a plus (such as A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, etc.)
  • Project management or agile project management experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
