Job Description
- Make an attendance report.
- Administration of employee leave and transportation compensation.
- Make a salary application.
- Selecting new employees to be recruited.
- Administration and updating of employee data.
- Create monthly HR reports.
- Taking care of the administration of sick employees.
- Advertisements, Interviews, tests, Employee Names, Evaluations, SK, Employee Data.
- Maintenance of Employee Contracts..
- Schedule Training Annually, Update Schedule Training per semester..
- Training Registration - payment, Certification
Minimum Qualifications
- Female max. 28
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology or HR Management.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience , preferably as recruitment.
- Responsible for HR administration such as employee data.
- Computer literate is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office
- Strong detail-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skill, communicative, dynamic and highly driven person.
- Should be able to prepare/implement: recruitment, selection, placement, training & development, industrial relation maintain independently.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
