Job Description
- Develop and implement an internal compliance manual - compliance policy that adhere to regulatory rules that apply to our business’ nature
- Develop and implement the framework for internal auditing process, practices and documentation standards
- Draft and implement internal risk monitoring and control manual - AML and KYC/e-KYC
- Master all covered circulars, rules and regulations issued and mandated by the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) and AMLC (Anti-money Laundering Council)
- Ensure that all the parties in the company’s ecosystem undergo the internal onboarding process and ensures that all documentary requirements are secured
- Makes sure that internal controls, proper documentation, and quality assurance are all implemented in the business’ operations
- Continuously educate, update and train all employees regarding appropriate and relevant regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree - Accounting and Law-related courses are a plus
- At least 2-3 years of compliance / regulatory background and experience
- Knowledgeable about the Philippine Constitution / Laws
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Trustworthy and has a strong integrity
- Has deep-rooted principles
- Strong attention to detail, very organized, adheres to strict deadlines
- Team-player and has leadership potential
- Prior experience in a Financial Institution or a bank is a plus
