- Ensures all services rendered are billed accurately and timely for faster collection contributing to good cash flow and for customer - confidence in the correctness of what they are billed;
- Ensures that all monthly rentals are billed completely, accurately and are posted in a timely manner in the Hertz Admin and Rosetta System.
- Ensures that all monthly miscellaneous and remibursements are billed accurately, completely and are posted in a timely manner in the Hertz Admin and Rosetta System.
- -Ensures that all credit memos are posted in the Rosetta System
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1-year experience in the field of Accounts Payables accounting or its equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Organize; systematic and has keen eyes on details.
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Detail-oriented and has strong self-motivation.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaue City Cebu.
