- Design, communicate, implement, manage and train managers in the performance management processes and related technology systems that will support talent pipelining.
- Design, implement and manage best in class performance initiatives and programs that align with and drive a high performance culture.
- Design performance calibration tools, systems and process to ensure objective talent decisions are made.
- Identify and implement training that meets the needs of today s workforce
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive
- Experience in Organization Development and Performance Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
