Job Description
- Receives and responds to sales inquiries (regardless of channels) within 2 hours and prepares documentation
- Organizes and facilitates meetings with clients to gather business and training requirements, and prepares minutes of meetings.
- Delivers with impact presentations to clients of LJMB's company profile and portfolio of training programs and services.
- Manages the Sales Tracker to ensuring higher conversion rates
- Coordinates with Operations the training delivery schedules being sold to prospective clients
- Handles client negotiations, objections and closes sales deals.
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and delivers these reports and sales reviews (complete with analysis and recommendations) in the weekly Mancom and team meetings.
- Conducts internal Sales Training Programs to peers
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Filipino/Tagalog.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint/Keynote.
- Excellent probing, listening and note taking skills.
- Keen attention to detail - instructions, spelling, grammar, punctuation, lay-out etc.
- Flexible/ adaptable (e.g. long hours, occasional work on weekends/ mid-shift work, travel within Metro Manila/ Philippines, handling different clients/industries)
- Passionate to get things done in a timely and excellent manner.
- A team player and able to give and receive feedback well.
